Types of roles
Retail Associates: Greet customers, maintain stock, handle POS, ensure a clean and welcoming store environment.
Produce Specialists: Source, receive, inspect and display fresh produce; advise customers on selection and storage.
Prepared Foods Team: Prepare menu items, maintain food safety standards, and support catering and grab-and-go offerings.
Store Management: Lead store operations, team scheduling, inventory management and community outreach.
Warehouse & Logistics: Receive shipments, manage inventory flow, and coordinate deliveries.
Corporate Support: Roles in marketing, buying, finance, HR and IT to support growth and store operations.
